William S. Brennan
Bill Brennan presently serves as the President of Resilient Infrastructure Group which acquires, develops, and manages wastewater, water, and related infrastructure assets in the US and Canada. A Partners Group portfolio company, Resilient accelerates sustainable water investments from greenfield development to existing asset acquisition in need of technology or capacity upgrades. With over 25 years of water & waste-related experience, he is recognized as one of the leading water investors globally with experience in equities (US & European mutual funds & hedge funds), project finance, venture capital & private equity and served as the chief investment officer of both Summit Global Management and Ultra Capital.
Prior to Resilient Infrastructure Group, he served as a Sr. Advisor to Equilibrium Capital’s Water & Waste Fund and a Sr. Advisor & Director-Sustainability & ESG product development at Maryland Capital Management. He is the Chairman of Ocean Exchange and a Trustee of Waterkeepers Alliance. Dedicated to sustainable water solutions, Bill has served on numerous public and private boards including Enviromix, AbTech Industries, The Water Initiative, and the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Engineering and the School of Environmental Global Sustainability-Colorado State University. His expertise has been noted by CNBC, Fox Business, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. Bill holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, a MSc in Biomedical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, and an MBA from Villanova University. He also served honorably as an operations officer in the US Air Force before beginning his civilian career.
