Gordon Brown

Gordon has a B.A. in Communications from Cal State University, Chico, and is a Graduate of the Stanford University School of Media.  After a successful career in the Radio Business (1982-1987), he began selling Income Producing Real Estate, did so successfully from 1988 through 2010.  During that time he successfully purchased, managed, and repositioned many properties for himself and his partners.

In 2010, Gordon started and ran a successful Property Management business, and was managing most of his portfolio’s properties until 2022. During this period he added millions of dollars of value by carefully monitoring and adjusting resources throughout the portfolio. Over his long and productive career he has never lost a property, missed a loan payment, or sold a property for anything less than a significant profit. He is currently the Managing Member of numerous LLC’s which own and operate investment real estate around the country, as well as various Luxury Vacation Rental Homes.

In addition, he dedicates much of his time and energies to various causes, including the environment, social justice, and personal growth and accountability. This includes working with various Non-Profits, including previously being a Managing Member of the Authentic Leadership Center, currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Inside Circle Foundation, and is a longtime member of the Waterkeeper Alliance President’s Circle, POW Donors, and Tahoe Fund’s Founding Members.

Gordon lives in Loomis, California with his wife, Michele, and enjoys spending time with their four grown children, and one grandchild (so far),  traveling extensively, and hiking, skiing and biking whenever possible.
