In this new short documentary, “Sister River” Hudson Riverkeeper Tracy Brown travels to Nepal to explore and help advocate for the Karnali River, a ‘sister river’ to the Hudson River. The Karnali is one of the longest undammed rivers on Earth. Today, the threat of three planned hydropower dams looms over this pristine waterway.
This film highlights the commonalities of conservation efforts around the world, and underscores the collaborative potential brought about by the Waterkeeper Alliance movement. Watch this touching film below.
