A former business strategy and technology consultant who is returning to the environmental and water interests that the 18-year individual had prior to launching a career and family.  Creating the Boulder Waterkeeper organization is a way to utilize professional capabilities and engage the activist community of Boulder to preserve and protect the Boulder Creek watershed and everything it represents.  Boulder Creek is a small but important watershed in the front range of Colorado that epitomizes the essence of our mountain streams and is challenged by all the issues facing our waters including urbanization, mining, agriculture, extraction, overuse and over allocation.  Boulder Waterkeeper is the ‘voice of the creek’ in the local community and will be a leader in the regional, national and global fight for drinkable, fishable, swimmable waters.
