Buffalo, NY – The Office Assistant is responsible for managing the organization’s physical office space and supplies, incoming and outgoing communications, act as the office receptionist, and otherwise supporting the team in various ways to ensure our mission to protect and restore our water and surrounding ecosystems while connecting people to water can be fulfilled. This position will work closely with the Administrative team, and will be working to provide a positive, clean, efficient environment for our staff and guests, and will support team members with miscellaneous tasks as needed. Applicant should demonstrate a solid work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, professional demeanor, and highly capable at multi‐tasking.
