The Bay of Fundy is a world-renowned marine ecosystem, forming the northern extremity of hte Gulf of Maine. It encompasses an international border between Canada and the U.S., where the Province of New Brunswick meets the State of Maine. The Bay of Fundy is a feeding, breeding, staging, spawning, and nursing station for a wide range of local and migrating species, attracting many threatened and endangered species such as the Humpback Whale and Bald Eagle.
Matt is the Fundy Baykeeper and Marine Conservation Director. Matt works out of CCNB’s marine conservation office in St. Andrews and aboard CCNB’s patrol vessel, the Fundy Baykeeper.
