Recent Accomplishments

--Won Alabama Supreme Court decision against TRI coal strip mine for discharging pollutants into an impaired stream.
--Exposed coal ash spills in both Kingston Tennessee and Widow Creek, Alabama
--Facilitated the creation of a 250 acre public park in Hurricane Creek watershed.
