Gulf Monitoring Consortium Report Released

The Gulf Monitoring Consortium, a partnership between Waterkeeper Alliance, SkyTruth, and SouthWings, has released its first report on oil pollution in the Gulf of Mexico.  The report investigates several spills in the Gulf (including the Taylor Oil Spill) and highlights numerous deficiencies in the reporting and response process.
